July beauty faves!

Hello!

I really can't believe we are in august already! Dare I say it but before we know it, it will be Christmas!!!

Anyway over the last month or so I have made some recent beauty purchases and I am loving them! I fancied a change and wasn't totally happy with some of my current products. So here is what I brought and and my thoughts.

Micellar cleaning water for combination and sensitive skin.

I have actually been using this product for a little while and I love it. After watching one of "dolly bow bows" reviews (Check out her YouTube channel she is fab) I thought I would give it a go, and I must say I am so impressed.

Apply a small amount to a cotton pad and it removes all your make up with complete ease. It has also sorted out my break outs and left my skin feeling nourished and highdrated. A must for not only the summer months but all year round. It doesn't leave any oily residue either that some make up removers cause so there is no need to rinse after.

Simple hydrating light moisturiser

I have actually used this many times in the past and to be honest I don't really know why I ever stray away from it. It does everything I need it to. I don't really like thick and heavy creams so this is perfect. I have quite an oily T zone and in prone to breakouts if I have anything to thick and heavy on my skin. It's light and refreshing and hydrates my skin without it feeling oily and it doesn't cause me any breakouts.
They have a few different moisturisers in their range so check them out. You can get this product like the modeller water anyway from boots to tesco.

Maybeline "BROWsatin"

I love love love this product!!! My eyebrows are so fair and very patchy. They just don't seem to grow. I had never seen an eyebrow product like it. I've tried posers and pencils and this does both! One end is a powder where you can just fill in some gaps or patches. The other is a creamy pencil which I use to define the outline. I use it in the morning and unless I have rubbed my eyebrows vigourously it doesn't come off and stays in text all day.
They also have do a range of shades so you can colour Match to your particular skin/hair type, which was another problem I always had. I found most eyebrow products were very dark. As I've said I love this product. It's easy to apply and is really durable. 10 out or 10 from me.

Dove intensive moisturiser

This product was on offer in my local tesco and as I had ran our or mosturisor and they didn't have the one I usually use I went for this. As I've mentioned in previous beauty product reviews I prefer a think and light moisturiser to use for everyday use. I like to be able to jump out the shower slap on some mosturisor, get dressed and not feel like I'm all oily an sticky for the day. I will be honest it doesn't soak in to the skin as quickly as I had hoped, however I tend to mosturise and then apply my make up and do my hair and it does soak in within a few minutes. It doesn't leave an oily residue and it hydrates and gives my skin moisture so really I can't complain and I would still recommend it.

I hope you have enjoyed this post and have found it useful.

Thanks for reading!
